The Detox Drink

 

This delicious nutrition-packed smoothie is one of the most powerful, yet gentle cleansing drinks for heavy metals and chemicals. It energizes the body and helps clear toxins out of intra and extracellular spaces as well as the bowel for an effective detoxification tool that can be used for life by nearly everyone. Based upon the work of Anthony William, author of the best seller Medical Medium, as well as our decades of clinical experience, this drink really works! Use it alone or as part of our amazing Detox Protocol, found on our website article section in the Learning Center. Enjoy. Using any blender, combine the following ingredients:

• Banana – 1 (use 2 if drinking the shake as a meal)
• WILD frozen blueberries – 1 cup
• Cilantro – ½ cup (fresh)
• Dates – 2 (pitted)
• Atlantic dulse – 1-2 teaspoons (best brands are Eden or Maine Coast Sea Vegetables). The 'flakes' version is easiest to use.
• Coconut water – 2-3 cups (optional: juice from 2 fresh oranges)
• *Hawaiian spirulina powder – 1 teaspoon
• *Barley grass powder – 1 teaspoon (not pictured)

Feel free to add a little more or less of any ingredient, depending on your taste. If you prefer other fruit instead of the banana or dates, it's OK to change them for another fruit, however the WILD blueberries must remain a major part of the smoothie. NOTE: Although the Detox Drink tastes good, and is the most effective smoothie we've ever seen based upon lab testing and clinical results, there are rare occasions when some may not like it. In this case, add the juice of two fresh oranges (best) or 1 cup of organic, unsweetened orange juice (second best). Also try less spirulina, such as 1/2 teaspoon.
